Reward Card Not Received after 32+ days

I claimed my reward card a month ago, not received anything, no replies from emails and already paid my first bill going on second. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi @Falcon8888 Sorry you have not received your reward card. I know in some case delivery can take up to 45 days but you should have received a reply to your emails.

We will be happy to check on your reward card for you if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.
