Hi,
on February I placed order for ultrafast broadband. I got email that I will get a special gift which is XBox for free, also website was saying that I can claim for reward card of £100. Till today I didn’t get XBox and I can’t claim any reward! Why? I choosen BT because of the extras, despite the fact that another provider gave a better offer.
I am really disappointed
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
