Reward Card not received when signing up to BT Fibre Broadband

Hi 

when I signed up to BT back in Feb, part of the deal was a £120 reward card.

I have not received the card, so I did enquire about this over the phone to BT. They told me that it had expired, but I was under the assumption it would be sent to me which didn’t happen.

i was advised to take this up with the online team, so could you help me out with this?

Hi @James1966,

Welcome to our Community.

I am sorry to hear that your reward card for taking our deal has expired. Do you remember how you claimed the card? You would have needed to have claimed it online through your MyBT log in.

Hi

I was expecting the card to be delivered automatically ... I had no idea it was to manually claimed as this was not clear.

I signed up to rhe broadband taking into account this reward card incentive. Can you please look to rectify?

Thanks for taking the time to chat with me again today.

I have received word back from my colleagues confirming the £120 reward card has been processed now and will be with you in the 30 days.

There isn't anything further I need to from here now that this has been processed so I'll go ahead and close things off from here as agreed.
