when I signed up to BT back in Feb, part of the deal was a £120 reward card.
I have not received the card, so I did enquire about this over the phone to BT. They told me that it had expired, but I was under the assumption it would be sent to me which didn’t happen.
i was advised to take this up with the online team, so could you help me out with this?
