My BT Broadband activated in early February but I haven't been able to claim a reward card (BT/Mastercard for £80). Going on the claim section on the BT website shows nothing as 'waiting to be claimed'. I see that others have experienced this - how have you all managed to get this sorted?
Getting worried as I don't want the claim period to expire and lose out... can someone direct me to the moderators please?

It says the following:
"There are no rewards waiting to be claimed.
If you've already claimed a reward, you can check its progress in your rewards history"
When looking under rewards history it states:
"You haven't claimed any rewards yet. Go to Rewards to see if you're eligible for any rewards."
Is that after you have logged into MyBT via the claim link, and you are the account holder?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Bear in mind, it will take while before they can look at your order.
I am sorry to hear that the reward card isn't showing.
The quickest way to get help with your rewards card is to call our billing team on 0800800150. They should be able to help you today whereas it would take us a lot longer at present.
