Reward Card

HI went live on the 11th june now the 13th tried to claim reward card but none is available, is this the norm or do i have to claim somewhere else.

We will be happy to order the reward card for you if you send us your details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

@martinex I'm sorry that you've been unable to claim your reward online. I can see the problem so I've contacted our rewards team and requested they issue your reward card. As soon as they update me I'll give you a call.

Hi @martinex I called there but missed you, the rewards team have let me know that they've claimed your reward card and this will arrive in the next 30 days.  I hope that's OK and once again I'm sorry about the problems you had claiming this yourself.
