Reward Card

Hi, I claimed for the reward card in Oct2021, but haven't received it yet, I've called bt a couple of times and the rewards team, I still can't get anywhere with a solution. Can anyone please help?

I am sorry for the length of time you have been waiting to receive your reward.  As you have contacted us so many times and you're no further forward we can pick up from here.
