Reward Card

I’ve recently signed up to BT and my connection date is the 4th Feb. I keep getting numerous texts and emails to claim my reward card. However every time I try to it takes me to a blank screen. Is there a waiting peroid I need comply with. If so why do I keep getting notifications

@stephy86 welcome to the community and thanks for your post. You should be able to claim it as soon as you get the notification email but it doesn't get dispatched until after the cooling-off period has passed.

I've seen that happen before if you have more than one account associated with your BT ID. You need to make sure you've chosen the correct account number from the drop-down after logging into MyBT.
