Hi @Micker I've received an update from the promotions team. they have apologised for the delay with your reward card. They have now raised the claim for your reward card manually directly with the dispatch department and you will receive the reward within 30 days.

Post back and let us know that you receive it OK or not and i'll chase again if necessary.

So I have to wait another 30 to 45 days, poor service as this was part of my signing up contract
