Reward Card

Hi,

I signed up for BT broadband directly with you on the 21st of May and went live on the 30th and as yet have still not been able to claim my reward card as not option to claim this is showing up? Have I missed something?

Hi @Kdennis29 Thanks for sending over your details. I've checked and can see that the promotions team got back to you via email over the weekend to confirm that they have ordered your reward card. It should be with you in approx 30 days time. Post back to let us know that you receive it ok.
