Lots of folk seem to have problems with the reward card. It's likewise for me. The service began yesterday. I've just tried to claim my reward and the site tells me I have no reward.
Any suggestions for resolving this gratefully received.

Must have been lucky, my service started , migrated from another supplier, 14th this month, claimed card from email received when signing up, and it arrived Thursday by post.
