Placed order 19 December 2019 and FTTP activated 7 January 2020. Email 31 December confirmed reward card but still no email or card! Ideas?
I tried to claim but am told...
There are no rewards waiting to be claimed.
If you've already claimed a reward, you can check its progress in your rewards history
Rewards history shows nothing also.
I have also emailed Card Holder Services <firstname.lastname@example.org> and got the following back...
