Hi @Critch123 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having trouble claiming your reward card. When you log in with your BT ID details does it show the correct BT account number? If you have more than one account number associated to your BT ID you should be able to toggle between them.

Thanks for getting back to me. when i log in it lets me choose the right account number, so i select the new account number to claim my reward, but nothing happens
