Hi,
I have a BT rewards card but when I try to get the activation code the email is not arriving. I've tries a few times from the Purecard site and called the 0344 800 6445 number but that will only send the email again, which isnt arriving.
How or who can I speak with for help with getting the activation code?
My broadband and mobile have been fine so far but BT is starting to become an irritant!

Speak to pure card customer service call 0344 800 6435 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Choose Option 2 then ignore the messages three times, and the call will be diverted to an advisor.
