I selected a slightly more expensive monthly rate through Money Supermarket to access a Reward Card and Amazon voucher deal. There are no rewards appearing on my account, Money Supermarket directs me to BT and I can’t get in touch with BT.
Can anyone please help?
As its a third party offer, this will have to be looked at by BT.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Bear in mind, it will take while before they can look at your order.
