I recontracted my broadband/landline on 30/12/19 (via the phone) and have waited for my 14 day cooling-off period to expire to claim my reward card. I don't see any rewards available for me on the Reward Card page.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Remember to mention about the issue with the contract dates as well.
Yes it was the £50 one.

Hi @SparkyC thanks for confirming that. I've checked and with that offer you do not need to claim the card. It should be sent approximately 30 days after your order has completed. Keep an eye out for it and post back to let us know you receive it ok or if not and we will chase it up for you.
I'll look into that other issue you have raised on a separate thread and post back as soon as I check with a few colleagues.
Don't forget to activate it like many of us did. If I knew that I will loss the BT Reward card opportunity, I would certainly looked other providers. Now I have a useless plastic had a face value of £100.
