I am a new customer, service activated on 11/06/20. I was promised via online chat on 23/06/20 that I am eligible for a reward card. Still showing no reward available on 21/07/20 so I rang customer services who again stated I am eligible and would get an email sent with a link to claim my reward. I have not received any email.
