Reward card hasn’t arrived after 2 months

My service was installed on the 2nd July and the card said it was sent out on the 10th of July.

It’s now the 14th September and still no card? Can anyone please give me an update as to where the card has gone?

Hi @gbvrl,

Thank you for sending in your details and for taking my call today. I'm really sorry there has been a delay in you receiving your Rewards Card. I've passed on your details to my colleagues in the Rewards Team and I've asked them to investigate. It normally take them around 48 hours to get back to me.

I'll be back in touch as soon as I have an update.

Hi @gbvrl,

The Rewards Team have got back to me to say that they've reissued the Rewards Card. The new Rewards Card should arrive in the next 10 - 5 working days.

You'll receive an activation code by email closer to the expected delivery date.
