Reward card issues

  • Hi
  • I placed an order on 19th June 2020 for bt fibre 2 broadband & phone line package through uswitch which qualified for a £100 reward card . The package was installed and activated on the 15th July 2020 and when logging into my account it says I have no rewards waiting. Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction to get this resolved.  Thanks
