Reward card missing from dashboard

Hi,

I placed an order for a new broadband package on the 15th July and it was activated on the 24th July. When I signed up for the account, it was on the BT website and for my package it said there was also £110 reward card included. 

 

After going to the reward card part of the website, it just says I need to wait until after the service is active before I can claim the card.  However, the service has been live for a week now and on my dashboard it says that there are no rewards available. 

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
