Reward card no activation code received

I received my bt reward card this morning after claiming it on 17th September and haven’t received an activation code. I’ve requested one on pure card 6 times and still haven’t received, I’ve also checked spam and it hasn’t gone there either. This is my 3rd reward from bt and I’ve never had this problem before. Have tried to call pure card but it’s all automated so you cannot actually speak to anyone.

You can email pure card on info@purecard.com and the will respond or to speak to pure card customer service call 0344 800 6435 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Choose Option 2 then ignore the messages twice and the call will be diverted to an advisor.
