Hi, I signed up to Superfast Fibre 2 on the 18th February with the line activating on the 19th March. I was meant to receive a £80 reward mastercard, as advertised on the BT site where i placed my order, but when I go to the reward page of my BT it says no reward available. I tried the webchat on the 1st May and spoke to an agent who said they would escalate it to the gift department and I would hear in 5-10 days. I have heard nothing as of yet and would be grateful if i can speak to someone about this.
