Reward card problem

Hello

I ordered Superfast Fibre broadband on 07/01/2020 with activation date of 27/01/2020.

Offer included £70 Reward card to be claimed within 3 months of activation.

Checked on My BT regularly over the past couple of months but reward not showing, seems to be a common problem.

Checked again today as deadline of 3 months from activation approaching, reward card now there but says expired on 06/04/2020 (which is 3 months from order but not activation).

Please can someone help, I do not want to have to waste someone's time on the phone during the coronavirus disruption.

Did you claim it BT Reward Card 

Unfortunately its not going to be possible at this time, for the forum moderators to investigate these promotions, as they are dealing with priority welfare escalations only.

You can try ringing BT Billing on 0800 800 150
