Hi @mark_t2 Thanks for taking my call earlier and sorry that the reward card has had to be ordered again.
I appreciate that you have had to wait long enough already for the card and you will need to wait another 30 days to receive the replacement I've arranged (sorry but the delivery cannot be expedited). Please check back and post to let me know you receive the card ok or if not received within the 30 days and I will pick up your case again.
