Reward card

Ive received my second reward card, the first one was so easy to set up and use. This one i cant get a email code or get through to anyone on card services. Please help

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @Sarahchaffer,

I'm sorry you haven't been able to activate your Rewards Card. You would need to contact the Pure Card team. You can do so by email BT@Purecard.com of over the phone by ringing 0344 879 1068.

The number is open 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday.

Ive rang this number, requested a activation code 10 times still no email... I would like to speak to someone

Still no activation code and cant speak to a person just card services automated service. My card will expire before i get this, really disappointed
