Hi. I am having trouble claiming my reward card - can anyone help please? I have managed to choose my tech gift fine. Thanks.

Thanks for replying. When I follow the link it says "No rewards available at the moment". There should be a Matercard. My broadband/tv went live on 4 April. Should it be there by now??

No, you have to wait until 14 days after activation.

I am surprised you managed to claim your free tech, as that is also 14 days after activation, which would make that the 18th April.
