Hey Paddy! 

 

Same issue for me I'm afraid - I ordered my BT broadband late August and now when I try to claim it clicking the link it just sends me to the main page of the website, no info on the card there to further claim it. Could you please help me? 🙂

Good morning. 

My broadband has been activated on 4th of November and there's no reward to claim. I only add my order was placed via bt website.

I have the same issue, my internet was activated at the beginning of November but I have been unable to claim my rewards card. Please could you let me know who to contact to do so.
