Same issue for me I'm afraid - I ordered my BT broadband late August and now when I try to claim it clicking the link it just sends me to the main page of the website, no info on the card there to further claim it. Could you please help me? 🙂

My broadband has been activated on 4th of November and there's no reward to claim. I only add my order was placed via bt website.
