Reward card

Hi there,

Reading other posts regarding the Bt reward card I gather it should be there on My Bt 14 days after your service was activated.My broadband was ordered 26/10 /20 and service activated 9/11/20.

Just had a look on my Bt and still nothing showing.Any advice on what to do now.
