I placed an order from bt tv/broadband. Keep getting messages to claim my reward but I can't see to claim. Any help ?
Hi @Andypfc40, welcome to the forum, and sorry you can't claim your reward card online.
Do you have more than one account on your MyBT profile? If so you can change the account number by clicking on the drop-down box beside it and use the active account.
If you only have one account number available or you still can't claim the reward card post back, and we'll help you further.
