You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim the Reward Card.
If you are out of the 14 days you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.

Hi I’m out of my cooling off period and when I do phone up they blame purecard but when I email them they blame bt I don’t know what I can do next

Just to check, have you paid the first month's bill? Also, did you select self-installation when you ordered?
