Reward card

Hi

I have my broadband activated and working since 29th June, however still unable to claim the £125 reward card via the reward website. Please can you assist to send out the reward card? Many thanks.

Good news, the team have confirmed that your card was processed on the 24.08, so it should be with you within the next 10 days. Please post back after this time letting us know if you got it.

Hi Stephanie

Thanks for your help again. Could you please clarify 10 days from now or 10 days from 24/8 (which has passed)? I need clarity as I have been waiting since July, when BT sent me text and emails saying the reward card is sent, and that's two months ago. Thanks.

@kkloon sorry for the confusion, it'll be 10 days from today, although it's possible you'll get it before then.

Hi Stephanie, it's been 11 days and still nothing received. Please can you let me know what's happening? It's almost 3 months of us going live, BT reward card still nowhere to be seen.
