Reward card.

I was due a reward card for a sim only contract I took out in November last year , I am sure I claimed it within the 3 month period but haven’t received it. I chased this up , admittedly I left this longer than I should have done, but they say that I didn’t claim it and as it is now overtime and so I can no longer claim. When I go on the claim page it still gives me the message “Claimed we will despatch shortly” is this just the message you get whatever or does it mean anything? Thanks

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
