Reward card

Hi

ive recently took out a contract for phone and fibre broadband, the service was meant to commence on the 16th July but never did, so after several phone calls later I discovered that there was some technical issue and it didn’t go live till the 19th the guy I spoke to said he would put in a formal complaint and that I would be compensated for the inconvenience but I’ve heard nothing since, also part of the deal I took out was for a choice of free tech and a BT reward card, I’ve had the free gift but not had the reward card, I’ve tried ringing customer service but got nowhere

Is your broadband up and running now?
Have you tried claiming it: https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/

Failing that, you could get in touch with the Rewards Team: https://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/6090

A mod will hopefully help you out as well if you still can't claim it.
