I have been trying to sort out claiming my reward card since the start of March. Have spoken to someone on live chat a few weeks ago and they say I need to ring up to sort it out. However I'm now struggling to get through to BT and I'm worried I have lost the chance of getting my reward card due to it being over 30 days.
You can normally claim it 14 days after your service was activated, provided you placed your order online.
It's not showing anything on the rewards page. I have contacted the live chat a few times in March but they can't seem to do anything they said i would have to ring up. I have been trying the last few weeks but can't seem to get through.
