So recently joined bt for broadband which includes a reward card but can’t seem to be able to claim it, I have read and seen that a few other customers have had the same problem, could someone help please? Been through the link on the confirmation email and just takes me back to the home page.
It’s active on the 5th but had email and text saying it’s ready to claim.
You need to wait 14 after your service is activated, before you can actually claim.
