Reward card
Hi, I have not received my reward card. My broadband went live on the 22/4/2022, and I was expecting it 14 days after this, is this a common problem?

I guess it is. Should I have received my reward having claimed on the 4/4/22 and got like live with my new broadband on 22/4/22?
