I keep getting texts and emails reminding me to claim my reward card, but when I click to login in myBT account, the account screen is completely blank?
Any ideas please?

Has it been over 14 days since you made the order and received the reward card?
If so, please get in touch with our customer support team and they will help you get this activated 🙂
