Reward card

Hi! I signed up for BT back in March, where I was told I qualified for a 75.00 reward card. Recieved this claim this email almost straight away, which the link didn’t work which I put down to needing to be a customer for 30days. I’ve then tried again and the same issue, I called this morning and was refused help on the grounds I used a 3rd party to sign up for BT which I’ve trawled through my emails and this isn’t true. Now I’m down a gift card which is the reason why I signed up for BT!does anyone have any ideas?
