I switched to BT Fibre 2 with the £100 Reward Card offer, but I am unable to claim my reward card.
Order was placed on the 10th June, switchover date was 24th June. I understand from other threads on here that you have to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed, although the page where you claim the reward says you can claim when your service is activated.
Either way, I think we are now over the cooling off period, and when I log in to My Rewards, it still says "There are no rewards waiting to be claimed."
Is there anything else I need to do to claim the reward card?

Well, things are sounding promising. I received an email and a text yesterday to say that my reward card is being processed and will be posted out soon.

Is there an updated Terms and Conditions as https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/ is still showing dates in Jan and Feb and no mention of orders places in August ?
Seems a bit off to be advertising a reward but not letting new customers confirm if they are eligible or not.
