Reward, not eligible?

Logging in to the rewards page and it says i'm not eligible although it was part of the deal when i signed up within the last couple of weeks??

Can someone help as my complaint & emails aren't being responded too.

Have the orders all closed? Are you connected now? If so how long has it been since the completion date?

The order has been open since the 22nd, which is strange because i'm all connected and have been for over a week?

Thanks for getting back @benwalker,

You won't be able to claim for at least 14 days after the orders close. Your best bet would be to contact the orders guys on 0800 800 150 to get everything closed off. If you don't see the voucher ready to claim after the 2 weeks get back to me and I'll lend a hand.
