Reward showing but I cannot claim it??

Hiya I've recently take out a broadband package online. When I log on to www.bt.com/clammy reward, it shows my reward there but there doesn't seem to be anyway to claim it?

Now the setup has been completed and in fact I've just payed the first bill, any ideas on what is going on??

Please complete This Form and explain that you are unable to claim the reward card and this team will process it for you.
