When I signed up for my tv and broadband I was promised a £50 reward card, and was sent a couple of emails to make the claim. While the email promised to take me to the appropriate page to do this, I went round in circles. I have rung the helpline on 3 occasions, but they seem not to understand what I am referring to. Anyone offer help, I’m getting increasingly frustrated!
