I have recently signed up to BT in March and one of the reasons that swayed me to use their services that as part of the deal i would receive a £40 Amazon voucher and and £80 reward card but none of these rewards are showing on my account. I cant seem to find where to open up a case to why this is the case so hoping someone could help with this.
Also in the first month my broadband speed was excellent but after having checked the speed several times over the last week or so, this has dropped significantly to the speeds i was getting before i switched to fibre. I have done the online test and BT say everything is fine but it is not and i am currently paying fibre prices for standard broadband! I have tried calling but have been unable to get through.
