I have received several emails and sms telling me to claim my rewards which when I check aren’t there. I’m currently in process of writing this receiving another email to say well email you details soon… like a loop?
Also I’m supposedly awaiting an Xbox game pass etc I’m on a halo package and also was waiting on an engineer all day Tuesday who didn’t appear.
any help from bt much appreciate. Phone lines are deadly waiting times and the chat bot thing on here isn’t much use just tells you to call 📞 and several hrs waiting later I’m finally posting on bt community . Help 🙏 thank you in advance
