Hello, I went live with BT broadband on 16th July & was expecting a rewards card, I have waited the 14 days but am still unable to see anything on the rewards page, please can you help? Thank you.

I've had a similar issue - my broadband was activated on the 13th July. I waited 14 days and it made no difference, so I logged a complaint online but heard nothing for over two weeks.
So, you could email them, or phone BT. The first call I got back wasn't very helpful, I had to escalate the complaint to get another call back and was promised a resolution (that I'm still waiting for). Hope you can get it sorted!
