I recently purchased BT Fibre 2 broadband package (through the BT Website), and have not had anything back yet about the £100 rewards card that I was told would be included. I read on another forum that it takes 2 weeks after the broadband goes live before it will show in my rewards account, and it has now been over 2 weeks. Does anyone have any idea what I should do? I've included a screenshot that I took as I was purchasing the package.

I'm having the same issue. My activation date was 5th of August but I still dont have anything appearing on Rewards website.
