Hi

My service went live 5th June 2019. I claimed my bt reward card on 6th June. I should have received my card and an email to claim my soundbar within 30 days. So far there is no sign of either and is now past time.  How can I chase this up?

Sorry that you haven't received the reward after processing your claim.  You can send us over your details and we'll chase this up for you.
