I renewed my broadband in late November to start on the 3rd Dec, recieved an email stating that I would be recieving my ring doorbell 14 day after the cooling off period , its now 23 days.
I do understand its been the festive season and there could be a bit of a delay but some sort of contact would have been curtious , I have been very patient but my patience is running out.
The order would have been sent to the BT Shop, 14 days after your service was activated.
The BT Shop can take up to 30 days to dispatch it.
I am in exactly the same position as Ronjoan. I understand Keith_Beddoe's reply, but think that in this day and age it is very difficult to justify taking up to 30 days to despatch an item.
