Hi,
I'm just trying to get some help as I can't get through to the call centres, or was on hold for over an hour before giving up.
I'm a new customer, and have been waiting 4 weeks for my new BT router to be delivered. In the meantime I'm using an old third party router which isn't ideal.
Apparently the router was originally posted but returned to sender by Royal Mail as there was no house number on the address label.
Can someone please help me out as I'm sure it's a quick fix on BT's end.

(I'm not entirely sure which details to provide in order to help the query, so if someone could let me know that would be great, rather than sharing everything!)
Sorry just need to phone 150 There are other post similar and problem appeared to stock shortage but CS should be able to sort it
