Router has to be sent back but I have not received it

Hello, I had to cancel my BT order but the router had already been sent, to a house that is unoccupied.

I myself am overseas, and can't get back to the UK due to travel restrictions.

I have no idea where the router is, but since my order is cancelled, can't BT recall the router from the courier?

I don't know where the device is.

Can anyone help?

As the router is cunningly designed to be able to put through a letter box I imagine its in the unoccupied house, but given where we are I'm sure one of the mods and BT will help resolve the issue.
One should be along before too long.
